• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags
• Customs Duties: The postage and possible TAXES incurred by the return or exchange are fully borne by the customer
• Exchange for a different size only — return and reshipping fees are borne by the customer
• Sale items, accessories, gift cards, and custom orders are not eligible for exchange
