DEFINITIONS
In these conditions the following terms shall have the following meaning “the Company” means JUBIN STUDIO “The customer” means the customer of the company. “Contract” means any contract for the sale of goods by the company to the customer.

 

PAYMENT & VAT
Payment is taken at the time of placing an order. No goods shall be supplied without payment. Goods shall be delivered by a carrier of the company’s choosing but the company will attempt to comply with the customer’s selection. Carriage will be at cost to the customer and forms part of the invoice.

Customers outside of Vietnam are responsible for all import duties and tax charges that may be applied by their local customs office on delivery to their country. Any Import duty or tax charges are out of our control and will be invoiced to you by VN post/ EMS/DHL Express directly. If you are concerned about these charges, we recommend you contact your local customs authority prior to purchasing, in order to calculate the final landed price inclusive of all taxes.

 

CLAIMS
Claims arising from damage delay or partial loss of the goods in transit must be made in writing to the company within 7 working days of delivery. The company shall be afforded reasonable opportunity to investigate any claim made hereunder, and the customer shall, if so requested in writing or verbally by the company promptly return any of the goods subject to any claim and any packing materials securely packaged and return them to the company for examination.

 

LIABILITY
If the customer establishes that any of the goods have not been delivered, or have been delivered damaged, or are not of the correct quantity, the company shall at its option, replace them with similar goods, or allow the customer credit for their invoice value. In no circumstances shall the liability of the company to the customer under this condition exceed the invoice value of the goods.

 

SPECIFICATIONS
The company reserve the right to alter specifications to those stated on the website, including slight differences in color, shade and size. The customer’s statutory rights will not be affected.



EXCHANGE & RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Changed your mind?

We understand that you may change your mind about something you have bought on our online store.

Unfortunately, due to our international shipping process, we are unable to cancel orders that have just been shipped. We recommend that if you have placed an order you no longer require, please contact us as soon as possible then we can stop the shipping process. We only offer a refund if the order cancelled before shipping.

Our exchange policy is 7-days from the date you receive the order! 

If the product is not fit for you, you may exchange for a different size. Please contact us the size you need and send the product back to us. You are responsible for paying the fee for return & shipping the new size.

We recommend using a known carrier such as DHL, UPS, or Fedex with a tracking number to ensure your package is not lost. We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages during transit. 

The exchanged item must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged and must have all original tags. If your return is refused, we will ship the item back to you at your expense.

Sale items and gifts are ineligible for exchange.

Matters need attention

1. To be eligible for a return & exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2. Customs Duties: The postage and possible TAXES incurred by the return or exchange are fully borne by the customer, otherwise after 30 days, the package will be automatically returned and additional storage fees will be incurred..

3. Please note that all accessories, and items marked ‘SALE’ , Gift Card and Custom order are non-returnable. We do not accept returns if there is a visible stain, marks, smears, tears, or any damage to the returned & excahnge item(s).

4. It's important to note that shipping costs are not covered by JUBIN if you just don't want, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.

5.  To start a return, you can contact us at contact@jubinstudio.com. If your return & exchange is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

6. Once the application is approved, you should start to return the items within 7 days. Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with all tags, packaging and accessories.
